• Pupils help out at fundraising events as part of their Community Service or Duke of Edinburgh Award
• The people UBS helps volunteer at school events, for example fetes, concerts and coffee mornings
• Pupils visit the people UBS helps as a Community Service activity
• UBS staff give talks to pupils to raise awareness of older people issues
